6 Signs He is a Woman Wrapper

Nigerians have a terrible habit of coming up with names for things. A glutton in Nigeria is FFO (For food only). People who wear glasses, Nigerians will say Four eyes. And now woman wrapper again.

Well, woman wrapper is a term used to describe a womanizer i.e. men who cannot seem to focus on one woman.

Woman Wrapper: Etymology

According to Urban Dictionary, it is a Nigerian term that denotes a man whose actions and ideas are geared towards gaining the approval and/or affection of females.

Women are always having to deal with woman wrappers all their lives. We have those men who claim to love us and would give us the world, but guess what? They are proclaiming the same love to others.

Men are truly scum.

Although, some people think that a woman wrapper is a man who lets the woman make all of the decisions in the home. However, that’s not our focus for today.

Signs that he is a woman wrapper

Some can say that you cannot tell when a man is cheating by his physical features.

Wrong!

You will know. Those telenovelas have taught us a trick or two. Feminine perfumes are hard to miss, so you would immediately know when he steps in with that vanilla or rosy scent. Those love bites on his body that you did not give him, and the lipstick marks on his shirt? More proof.

In fact, be suspicious of a man who is unusually happy. Mr. Man, why are you so happy? What is giving you so much joy?

Here are some signs that indicate he is a woman wrapper:

Overly flirtatious behavior

Men and flirting go like five and six; they find every opportunity and rush towards it. One of the signs he is a woman wrapper is if he is always flirting.

Harmless flirting, as they call it, is not always harmless. A woman wrapper will get close to five women in the same office space and tell them the same thing. Talmabout “you’re the best-looking woman in the world.”

Wayo!

Dirty rumors of his past

A woman wrapper can never change; he probably started his work as a little boy, hitting on girls older than him.

Starting up as a mini Ashewo.

Even though you should not always judge someone by their past, you still need to be careful. A woman wrapper knows a lot of women, and if these women have something “creative” to say about him, you need to be worried and stay alert. You may not be the only one.

Has a history of cheating

If you ask how his previous relationships ended and he is a bit willy-nilly to answer, chances are that he cheated.

This is a HUGE red flag. If he cheated before, chances are, he would do it again. You need to be careful, my dear sister.

He is secretive

This is a HUGE red flag! Why is he hiding his phone from you? The truth is that he is hiding other women from you.

Another one of the signs he is a woman wrapper is if he throws his wealth around; he probably knows that money is one of the ways to a woman’s heart. Also, if he’s reluctant about being serious in the relationship, he probably has other women on his speed dial!
