Raymond Dokpesi, Chairman of Daar Communications, passed away at the age of 71 in Abuja.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain reportedly suffered a stroke and had been receiving medical treatment in an Abuja hospital.

The stroke occurred following the conclusion of the recent Ramadan fast.
After the incident, Dokpesi had been undergoing occupational therapy to enhance his daily functioning.
