A young Nigerian lady, @beautynain on TikTok, recently rented an apartment in Ibadan, and created a video to show people how she changed her flooring.
The young lady used a brown wood-like carpet because it was less expensive and she could not afford real wood flooring.
She admitted in the video that she made some mistakes when installing the carpet since there were lines that needed to be followed and she did not notice them in time.

Lady spreads carpet on Tiles
The lady made it clear that she paid for her mistake because she had to cut the carpet in different pieces in order for it to fit
She also advised people that they shouldn’t get carpet, whenever she moved her chair which has tires, it causes a little tear.
Instead of using carpets, she advised, that they could get the actual wooden flooring.

In another story, smart Nigerian guy shares a method of how he decorated his room from start to finish with just old newspapers.
He used old newspapers and saved up the money it would’ve cost him to get paints and other interior decorations.
In the video, he shared how part of the wall had a crack and how it cost him just N3,500 to fix everything.
