Nollywood actor, John Okafor, popularly known as Mr. Ibu, and his daughter, Lady Jasmine, awed Nigerians with a beautiful daughter-father workout routine.
Jasmine uploaded a video on Instagram where Mr ibu and she were exercising. Obviously, her father, Mr. Ibu, was reluctant to exercise, but his daughter convinced him.
The duo started their exercise by walking around the yard and picked up the pace by jogging.

After some stretches, Mr. Ibu was tired and walked away, but his daughter beckoned to him, saying, “come back here my friend.”
His daughter, Jasmine, ensured Mr. Ibu did some easy bodily stretches before they decided to continue their exercise routine the following day.
