DJ Cuppy visits a secondary school

Popular Nigerian disc jockey, Florence Otedola known as DJ Cuppy has once again made headlines after a video of her sowing a seed to her country reached the internet.

The billionaire’s daughter took to Instagram to share how she visited a secondary school, Jakande Estate College after she had built a visual lab.

The heartwarming video captured how a beautiful presentation was done in her honour and how the students all flooded her to appreciate her generosity.

Cuppy explained that everyone knows her to be a lover of education and she couldn’t overlook something like this.

She added that more are coming as she asserted that she cares, Cuppy stated that she was very happy to be part of the transformative project.

“Visited Jakande Estate College, where I recently built a virtual lab 📚🔬 Everyone knows I’m obsessed with education and I feel blessed to be a part of such a transformative project. So proud of all the impact work the @CuppyFoundation has done and will continue to do there! 🕊️✨ #CuppyCares,” she said.

DJ Cuppy launches £100000 scholarship to empower African students

Meanwhile, DJ Cuppy, on Instagram, announced the creation of the Cuppy Africa Scholars Fund. She made the announcement on April 3rd, 2023.

Cuppy, who recently celebrated her graduation from the University of Oxford, set up the fund with a total of £100,000.

The fund is aimed at providing financial assistance for unexpected and urgent needs of African graduate students at the University of Oxford. It will also enable scholars to undertake activities that ensure the pursuit of excellence.
