The Nigerian trio of Burna Boy, Tems, and Ayra Starr have been nominated for Best African Act. They will compete against Ghanaian fast-rising Hip Hop star Black Sherif, South African artist Musa Keys, and Tanzanian singer Zuchu.
Tems, a Nigerian international singer, was nominated for Best New Artist along with Baby Keem, Dove Cameron, GAYLE, SEVENTEEN, and Stephen Sanchez.
