Despite having a successful business, Kofi did not give up on his Education. He proceeded to bag a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Professional Studies in Ghana. After that, he earned himself a Master’s degree in Brands and Communications from the same University.

Kofi is the proud owner of two thriving barbering shops, Reflect Ghana where he offers his services and employs a team of skilled barbers. His dedication to the craft and commitment to quality has earned him a lot of loyal customers around Ghana.

Talking about why he takes education seriously despite having a successful business, Kofi said every business owner should always pursue new courses to promote their business.

Ghanaian barber bags Master’s degree in Communications

Kofi went viral on social media after he gave all of his classmates and lecturers free haircuts for the master’s graduation. Kofi stated that he does not believe education is an end in itself, as many people do, but rather a tool to pursue any career journey one is involved in. 

He mentioned that through his successful business, he is promoting student entrepreneurship and sing it as an opportunity to provide employment for every graduate rather than graduating to start looking for jobs.

Kofi said his future goals include pursuing a Ph.D. to further expand his knowledge and expertise in his field. He added that he plans to open a school, where he can share his passion and skills with the next generation of barbers.
