Peter Okoye has expressed his displeasure with the alleged ploy by certain induividuals attempting to disparage the image of Peter Obi using his telephone conversations.
It was earlier alleged that the Labor party presidential candidate, Peter Obi was attempting to incite a religious war after a telephone conversation between him and Bishop David Oyedepo of Winners chapel surfaced online.
The audio which went viral immediately was later reported as being doctored and was for the purpose of tarnishing Mr. Peter Obi’s integrity.
His supporters alleged that his calls were tapped and the contents doctored to suit the oppositions narrative.
Peter Okoye, on his Twitter account has questioned the safety and privacy of Nigerians if law abiding citizen have their calls monitored and its conversations might probably be used against them
