In-form Chelsea will take on Everton and hope to win 4 top-flight games on the bounce.

Chelsea seems to be finding a bit of form at last. The Blues have won successive league games, as many victories as in their previous 15 attempts (D6, L7).

Chelsea is vying to complete a league double against Everton for the first time since 2016-17.

The Toffees’ last league victory at Stamford Bridge was in November 1994, when Paul Rideout scored the only goal.

Everton is winless in 27 top-flight games away to Chelsea (D12, L15). It is the joint longest winless run by one Premier League club away to another, equalling Newcastle’s record at Liverpool since 1995.

Chelsea are without Raheem Sterling, who has a minor hamstring problem, but Reece James could come back into contention after missing the win against Leicester through illness.

N’Golo Kante, who last played in August, has a chance of returning to the matchday squad.

Thiago Silva, Mason Mount, and Cesar Azpilicueta are again sidelined.

Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin is still nursing a hamstring problem and is not likely to be available.

Andros Townsend remains a long-term absentee.

Match time: 6.30 pm.

Southampton vs Tottenham (4 pm)

Southampton have won two of their last 10 home league games against Tottenham (D3, L5).

Spurs are vying to complete a Premier League double against Saints for the seventh time.

Southampton have kept just one clean sheet in the past 21 top-flight meetings, although they have scored in each of the last 14.

Southampton are optimistic Kyle Walker-Peters will be fit despite being forced off against Brentford in midweek.

Ainsley Maitland-Niles is set to return from a minor injury but Tino Livramento and Juan Larios are still sidelined.

Tottenham remain without injured quartet Hugo Lloris, Yves Bissouma, Rodrigo Bentancur and Ryan Sessegnon.

Head coach Antonio Conte says his other players are all fit, indicating Emerson Royal may come back into contention for Saturday’s match.

The Brazilian full-back missed last weekend’s win against Nottingham Forest after being injured against AC Milan.

Brentford vs Leicester City (4 pm)

Brentford are unbeaten in nine Premier League home games, winning five and drawing four.

Leicester are unbeaten in the past 11 meetings in all competitions, winning each of their last six away matches.

Brentford are winless in three Premier League encounters, with their last league victory over Leicester coming in the second tier in March 1953.

Brentford are without midfielder Vitaly Janelt, who suffered a knee injury during the midweek win at Southampton.

Kristoffer Ajer is sidelined with a calf issue but Mads Roerslev could return after a two-match absence because of a hamstring problem.

Leicester City captain Jonny Evans is a doubt after suffering a setback in his return from calf and thigh injuries.

Wout Faes serves a one-match suspension and Victor Kristiansen is likely to miss out with ankle ligament damage.

Ryan Bertrand, James Justin and Youri Tielemans remain long-term absentees.
