A Nigerian lady has shared a picture of her mother and herself in the compulsory NYSC Khaki (white top with green pants).
The young lady, @Elsea shared this heartwarming picture on Twitter, on February 17, 2023.
According to her, her mum undertook the compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) 27 years ago and she just did hers.

@Elsea posted the pictures side by side. Her mum’s picture was on the first slide where she stood straight while a photo of @Elsea followed with her on the next slide saluting her country.
She posted the photos with a caption that read “1st slide Mum and 27years later Me. Meanwhile that allowance in my Khaki is intentional, I wan take am do something.”

Meanwhile, a Nigerian lady trended online after she was seen using pegs to hold her oversized NYSC khaki.
She said she took the cloth to the tailors at the NYSC camp to amend, they demanded an exorbitant fee of N3,500.
The high amount requested to slim-fit her clothes annoyed her, and she decided to rock her khaki and boots like that.
