A Nigerian woman has lamented because her landlady asked her to vacate a shop after spending money and time on renovation has gone viral on TikTok.
In a TikTok video, the woman known as @smallmadam18, rented the store and spent thousands of Naira renovating it for her company.
Sadly, after spending such a substantial amount and time to give the apartment a facelift, the landlady’s legal representative gave her a quit notice, mandating her to vacate the property by February 28, 2023.

My heart is paining me
It is glaring that the quit notice was really heartbreaking for the tenant, and she also revealed that her heart was paining her.
According to the quit notice, it was stated that forceful legal actions would be taken against her if she did not comply.
The woman posted pictures of the shop’s original appearance before she moved in and another that showed the complete transformation.
“If you think heartbreak is painful, read the last paper,” she said.

Lady rents empty room without ceiling, sleeps on floor
In another news, a young lady who rented an empty room shared a video of the apartment, saying she had no choice.
She said something pushed her to get a place of her own, and she just took the bold step to live alone in a one-room apartment without furniture.
As the decision to move out was sudden, she had no choice but to go with the apartment she had found, even though it was very much below her taste.
