Man Bags 23 years Sentence for Killing Online Teenage Girlfriend

A man has been sentenced to 23 years for murdering his Canadian teenage girlfriend whom he met online.

Jack Sepple stabbed Ashley Wadsworth, who is 19 years old, despite travelling from her country to meet him in Europe.

Jack was sentenced on Monday, October 10, by the Chelmsford Crown Court for life to 23 years and six months jail term.

Justice Murray revealed that Jack ‘gratuitously inflicted some 90 wounds on her body.’ he said the attack was ‘brutal and cowardly.’

Earlier this year, Ashley Wadsworth reportedly posted photos of her sightseeing trip to London.

The teenager’s family stated that she was ‘kind and beautiful.’ They also noted her ‘unforgettable laugh’ and her ‘spontaneous, witty, and kind personality.’
