Tapping into an innovative art idea, young men make astonishing art from used bottle caps.
In the TikTok video, the young men pour out a bag of used bottle caps on the floor. After pouring them, they washed them carefully in buckets of water to rid them of the dirt contained within.
After washing, the bottle caps were spread on the ground to dry in the sun. While this was happening, a beautiful sketch of a butterfly was made on the wall.
Astonishing art from used bottle caps
After the bottle caps dried, they were taken to the site of the sketch and poured on a plastic table turned upside down.
One of the creatives used a gum dispenser to apply gum at the back of each bottle cap and stuck it to the wall. This was done according to colours first – starting with blue bottle caps.
Afterwards, other colours were added to the sketch, aesthetically and meticulously. Beyond just following the butterfly sketch, extra designs were added to modify the butterfly sketch.
After careful placement of the bottle caps, the end result was astonishing. Not only was the butterfly beautifully created, extra leaves were added with green bottle caps.

The speed artist, according to Dave, doesn’t have a phone, so he begged anyone in need of his skills to get in touch with him.
