According to a Twitter post by @ThejourneyofACL, the photos showed a very serious mother with a baby on her back, with the caption, motherhood, and ministration.
In the photo, the nursing mother while preaching to a large crowd in a church auditorium, had the baby on her back.

Strapped very carefully but perfectly well, the baby looked very relaxed. In the photo, it seemed the baby had slept away while laying on its mother’s back.
The Twitter post currently has over 125.6K Views, 2950 likes, and over 220 retweets.
While reacting to the post, some netizens’ have praised the woman for being able to combine her ministration work with motherhood, while others sensed this to be a clout move.
