Pastor Chukwuemeka Ohanamere, popularly known as Prophet Odumeje, recently announced his own passing away.

The controversial founder of Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention and Deliverance Ministry, Onitsha, gained massive popularity in 2020. The COVID year introduced netizens to him via his first ‘indaboski bahose’ video.

In the video, Prophet Odumeje claimed to not be a preacher of love but a lion and a warrior. Netizens, most with failed relationships in the past, rode on the video and welcomed him fully into social media popularity.

You must take care of your brothers and mother

However, the 40-year-old prophet shared with his church members that the day of his death was near. He also disclosed to them that he had prepared his son for the great day by having a heart-to-heart conversation with him.

In his own words, he said, “I have called my little son, King David, and I told him that very soon, I, your father will leave. You must take care of your brothers and your mother. I came to this world for a purpose, and that purpose has been fulfilled. I have finished my earthly ministry, and I will leave soon.”

Meanwhile, Nigerian songwriter and dancehall singer, Cynthia Morgan, apparently gave up her lifelong dream of winning a Grammy award as she announced she was becoming a prophetess.

In an Instagram post, the artiste claimed that it was her destiny to be a prophetess as she was one by birth, but her family always disputed it.
