A Nigerian man received a bundle of five Naira notes when he went to withdraw from a commercial bank.
In a video shared on TikTok by @storymustchange55, the young man was seen holding 8 bundles of five Naira notes, though the exact money he withdrew wasn’t disclosed.
He mentioned that the notes were given to him by the United bank of Africa (UBA).

The scarcity of new notes has caused different issues in the country, and many Nigerians are unhappy with the situation.
Rich man ready to spray money
Five Naira note is the lowest Nigerian currency denomination, and it’s tagged useless because many Nigerians do not spend it.
However, it looks like the present economic state of the country has made the note useful.
According to the post, the young man was ready to spray the notes at any birthday location he was given.
“Give me your birthday Location make I come spray you,” he said.

Violence erupts at ATMs as Nigerians scramble to withdraw cash
Meanwhile, a video posted on Instagram by @mufasatundeednut showed a lot of Nigerian men sweating and pushing against one another just to get to the ATM first.
In the end, no one seemed to succeed in getting through to it.
Concerned netizens have reacted to the post with many blaming the government for such a predicament.
