Throwback picture of two popular Nollywood actors Olumide Oworo and Desmond Elliot who are both contesting for the post of Surulere Constituency 1 in the Lagos state House of Assembly have found its way to social media.
A young man, @chude__ shared this reminiscing picture on Twitter while defending that his candidate, Olumide Oworo will unseat Desmond Elliot.
In the picture, the All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate, Desmond Elliot was captured in a group photo with Olumide who was a corps member.
Olumide Oworo, the Labour Party candidate who was at that time serving his fatherland, wore his NYSC khaki and gave a soft smile as he met with Desmond Elliot, who would later become his senior colleague in the industry.
The Twitter user, @chude__ expressed his desire that Olumide Oworo would win the House of Assembly election holding on March 18th and stated the importance of never looking down on anyone.
His words read, “Life is pot beans. The corper on right is going to unseat Desmond Elliot in Surulere on Saturday. Never you look down on anyone. The obedient wave is currently the biggest political movement in Africa!”
