A Nigerian immigrant couple named Angela and Ben Ihegboro lived in London and had a baby girl, who was their third child, in 2010.
However, the child has some uniquely different traits compared to her siblings, which has even surprised the mother, who said, “She is beautiful, a miracle baby.”

According to Daily Mail, their daughter was given the name Nmachi. Little Nmachi was born with blonde hair and blue eyes, unlike their other two children, who were born dark like their parents.
The Ihegboros were unable to comprehend what had occurred. They sat there for a while just gazing at their miracle child.
Three theories were brought forward
However, Ben, a customer service representative, dismissed all theories regarding the situation. He said:
“Of course she is mine. My wife is true to me. Even if she hadn’t been, the baby still wouldn’t look like that (sic).”
Geneticists and medical professionals started hunting for logical reasons for how something like this could be possible, while Angela and Ben were likely to consider Nmachi a “miracle baby” for the rest of their lives.
Three theories were then put forth after that. According to the first, Nmachi is the consequence of a DNA mutation that is unique to her.
If it were feasible, she would carry the gene to her offspring, who would likewise be white.
Nmachi’s parents will always view her as a miracle, despite medical researchers and geneticists now interested in her skin tone.
According to the second explanation, Nmachi was the result of dormant white genes that had been present in her parents’ ancestors for a very long time but never manifested themselves before she was born.
Thirdly, albinism was proposed as a potential explanation for Nmachi’s light skin tone. She wasn’t completely albino, the doctors added, but they speculated that she might have a mutant form of albinism.
If that were the case, she might eventually get darker skin.
Doctors also speculated that the Ihegboro couple may still carry dormant Caucasian DNA from a previous interracial union.

Meanwhile, an endearing video reminded internet users that some people are always eager to bear another person’s burden, including a child.
In a video uploaded to TikTok, a lovely woman addressed a letter to the unidentified original mother of her adopted child.
According to her, the newborn girl’s biological mother left her at the lady’s door.
