A Nigerian man has dragged his wife to the Ogba Magistrate Court over assaulting him severely.
The 53-year-old man identified as Edwin Ugwu stated that his wife, Ebere assaulted him so badly that he landed in the hospital.
According to him, his wife hits him at the slightest disagreement they have, but he couldn’t take it anymore, hence why he dragged her to court.

A police prosecutor, DSP Kehinde Ajayi agreed with Edwin’s statement as he added that the couple live at Lambe Iluyomade Street, Ago Okota area of Lagos, and on one faithful day, they had a disagreement which led to a physical fight causing the married man to land in a hospital.
The case was adjourned by the Magistrate, Mrs Kubenije to June 6 after Ebere denied all charges and was released with a bail of N100,000 with two sureties.

Woman drags husband to court for refusing to take her to Saudi Arabia
Meanwhile, a Nigerian woman, Karima Nuhu took her husband, Musa Falalu to court after he refused to fulfill his promise of taking her to Saudi Arabia.
The Kaduna-based woman shared this information in the court sitting on Tuesday, April 18 at Kaduna as she added that she has been married to her husband for four years and has been the one catering for herself after two months of their marriage.
According to her, she supported her husband to go to Saudi Arabia when he secured a job there with the promise that he was going to come back and take her to the country.
