@vicky_wisest, a Nigerian man, has shared on social media his Nigerian mum’s response on WhatsApp after he mentioned his interest in marrying a single mother.
This came after Twitter influencer, @jon_d_doe, asked followers to inquire whether their mothers would approve of their marriages to single mothers.
The man’s mother’s response caused a buzz on social media, with her using a series of humorous stickers to express her thoughts on the matter. She began with a black dog barking sticker, followed by stickers of Nollywood veteran actor Pete Edochie and TikTok influencer Rodny.

Meanwhile, a Nigerian lady shared how her mum vigorously wiped off her red lipstick on their way to church.
In commemoration of the resurrection of Christ (Easter), a lady, Mimi, went home to celebrate the day with her family. However, her mum cracked her up when she showed displeasure towards her makeup.
While going to church with her brother, Mimi’s mum told the young lady to wipe off her lipstick. Mimi quickly did as she was instructed; however, her mother was dissatisfied and took a white material to get rid of the lipstick.
