A Nigerian woman was ordered to observe 40 days of silence in memory of her recently deceased ex-husband.
This occured twenty years after the ex left her and their three children in favor of another lady, with whom he even had children.
An optometrist named Chioma Onwuelingo publicized the unexpected event on Facebook.

The children of the woman were required to pay for the burial as the other woman’s children were too young to do so according to the optometrist.
She wrote on Facebook,
“Our Nanny came today and told me she lost her ex-husband. Emphasis on the EX.
He left her and her 3 little kids 20yeara ago and followed/married another woman. The matter be say she suppose observe the 40 days mourning
She is expected to stay home for a WHOLE 40days as per mourning period for a man web leave an more than 20 years ago
And her kids are to supply burial funds unto say new wife kids are still young”

Meanwhile, rending the social media space was a tweet of a woman who revealed that her four kids belonged to the father of her husband.
Infidelity has become the talk of the day, especially with the surfacing of DNA tests. The tweet from this lady confirmed the tale of unfaithfulness in many marriages.
Posted by a verified Twitter account, @CapitalFMUganda, was what the woman shared about being married to her husband for eight years.
