After 7 years of waiting – Nollywood stars turn up in their numbers as Adeniyi Johnson throws lavish party to welcome twins

Adeniyi and Seyi Edun, Nollywood actors, threw a grand party on April 30 to celebrate the birth of their twins after a seven-year wait.

The lavish venue was tastefully decorated, and Yoruba movie stars graced the occasion in beautiful blue coordinated outfits.

The new parents were dressed regally, and their arrival at the party was fit for royalty.

The couple’s colleagues, including Odunlade Adekola, Mide Martins, Ayo Mogaji, Faithia Williams, Omoborty, Afeez Owo, Kunle Afod, Liz Da-Silva, Ricardo Agbor, Muka Ray, and others, celebrated with the couple. Videos of the party posted online captured the fun-filled celebration.

Meawhile, a day after holding a private naming ceremony for their children, the celebrating couple had revealed their twins’ names.

It had been a celebration galore for Actress Seyi Edun and Actor Adeniyi Johnson since they welcomed a set of twins nine days prior, which Adeniyi announced on Instagram.

In Nigeria, it is tradition for parents to hold their child’s naming ceremony on the seventh day of birth.
