Nollywood actress, Biodun Okeowo, nicknamed Omoborty, has opened up about the challenges of being a single mother in celebration of Mother’s Day.
She made this claim on social media in honour of single mothers on Mother’s Day.
The actress released a little clip from Tunde Kelani’s film Maami which featured Funke Akindele and highlighted the challenges of being a single mother.

It brought tears to my eyes
The Yoruba movie star acknowledged that she had previously lost her temper with her kids and yelled words out of stress.
Nonetheless, she is thankful for God’s grace because she no longer resembles what she has endured.
She also used the post to remember other single mothers and offered a prayer for them.
In her words:
So many times I’ve lost my cool like this on my children in the past… Said unprintable words out of frustration…. If you are a single parent, I pray that God in His infinite Mercy sends you help from His sanctuary and connect you to your destiny helper from this moment. Alaanu kan soso bi egberun eniyan, ki Olorun ko ran si yin”.
