The Ooni of Ife, His Imperial Majesty Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, is set to take two more wives in October.
This comes after the Yoruba monarch married two wives on the same day in September 2022.
Remember that queen Mariam Anako was ushered into the Ile-Ife Palace late Tuesday evening, September 6, after the completion of all necessary wedding rites permitted by tradition.
In less than 24 hours, a team of chiefs from the royal home in Osun State paid a visit to the family of another incoming queen, Dr Elizabeth Opeoluwa Akinmuda.

This comes after Queen Naomi announced that her three-year marriage to the king would end in December 2021.
She stated that she did her best to endure and make their marriage work, adding that she smiled throughout the struggle, but she is now done.
