Brilliant Woman Breaks Record As First Woman To Earn Ph.D. In Computer Engineering, Bags 2 Masters Degrees At US University

A brilliant woman, Shamaria Engram set a new record at the University of South Florida, United States as the first woman to earn a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering.

Shamaria Engram, who holds two Master’s degrees in Computer science and Computer Engineering earned her Ph.D. at a time the world was in a pandemic.

She fought hard to break the 40-year-old record of the institution. One which resulted in her becoming the first black woman to graduate with a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering.

Engram started her university education at Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Florida where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering with honours.

She went on to join the University of South Florida where she enrolled in two Master’s degree programs.

She earned both degrees and moved on to her Ph.D. which earned her record-breaking status. The University of South Florida confirmed it on Twitter saying:

“Shamaria Engram is making University of South Florida history as the first Black woman to graduate with a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering.”

“It’s an accomplishment she hopes will encourage other Black women to pursue their passions.”

Young Man Bags Two Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Law, Says Accountancy Is Next

Meanwhile, a young African man has received huge cheers online after he earned two bachelor’s degrees in Medicine and Law.

The brilliant young man, identified as Odasanii Papa is from West African country, Ghana.

Odasanii Papa started by studying for an undergraduate degree in Medicine and surgery, which makes him a Doctor.
