Sophia Momodu, Davido’s first babymama appeared to suggest that the Nigerian singer had pretended to be an actively involved father in the lives of his children.
It is generally believed that Davido makes an effort to be present for all his children, frequently attending their birthdays and other significant events. However, this is not the case for his fourth child, Dawson, whom he shares with Larissa London, a makeup artist based in the United Kingdom.
Until recently, there was no question about the singer’s involvement in the life of his first child, Imade Adeleke. However, Sophia Momodu has recently started accusing him of being an absentee father and failing to fulfill his financial obligations towards their child.

Every child deserves to have their father in their life
In response to Sophia’s recent outburst on Snapchat, a follower accused her of being toxic and deliberately preventing Imade from spending time with her father, thereby depriving her of the love and care the singer could provide.
“Your own too much jhare, you no allow person see him pikin and you are here being toxic. If you wanna be a good mother, not like this, allow your daughter feel the father love,” the follower questioned.
In her response, Sophia made it clear that she is not the one responsible for keeping her child away from her father. Instead, she suggested that it is the singer himself who has been evading his responsibilities as a father.
Furthermore, Sophia indirectly accused Davido of deceiving the Nigerian public by pretending to be actively involved in Imade’s life when, in reality, he may not be as present as he portrays himself to be.
In her own words, she said, “You are absolutely right. If indeed I’m guilty of this then it’s absolutely ’toxic’ as every child deserves to have their father in their life. BUT if not then someone has been telling the general public big big lies.
G boy, are you going to allow whoever it is lie to you & play with your intelligence anyhow? If I were you, I wouldn’t take it”
