I thought South Africa was a place with a rich culture and history, but Nigeria has an abundance of different cultures, traditions, and a truly rich history that I was unaware of.“
Thabang’s culinary revelations included the Nigerian practice of eating popcorn with sugar and peanuts, which he found unusual but interesting.
He also noted the similarities between South African and Nigerian cuisines, particularly highlighting the difference in how custard is consumed.
