A woman has reminded people of the importance of investing as she shared how she plough money into a land that is now valued 9x the price.
A young Nigerian man, @festussamuel068, duelled a video on TikTok of a woman revealing that a piece of land she bought for N1.5m is now sold for N90m.
According to her, she got the land when it was not developed 15 years ago and had to clear the weeds herself because it was a farmland.

She mentioned she has a receipt to show she bought the land for that amount in the location.
The young man, @festussamuel opined that the best investment anyone could ever make is to buy a piece of land.

Meanwhile, Mercy Eke, BBN reality TV show season 4 winner, opened up about how she used her winnings to invest.
In a recent interview, Mercy revealed that she bought a house worth N75m after winning the show in 2019. She revealed that the house has appreciated and is now worth over 150 million naira.
She urged other women to be wise with their money and invest in things that have long-term value.
