Thomas Tuchel, the new Bayern boss, is reportedly eyeing two Chelsea stars to bolster his new team.
Reports say Bayern is ready to launch moves to sign Edouard Mendy and Mateo Kovacic.

Mendy faces an increasingly uncertain future under Graham Potter as it is, with contract renewal talks stalling and Kepa Arrizabalaga preferred between the sticks.
In June, football.london understood that Chelsea began preparing a new contract for Mendy, who is currently one of the lowest earners in the first-team squad.
Then, in September, it was revealed by the Evening Standard that the Senegal international turned down an opening offer.
Talk of an extension quietened until December when The Sun claimed Mendy turned his nose up at a six-year deal.
The report stated that the shot-stopper felt as if Chelsea didn’t show him enough ‘respect’ with their offer.
Chelsea proceeded to withdraw their proposal. As it stands, talk of a new deal has quietened down and Mendy will leave for free in June 2025.
With regard to Kovacic, the midfielder has played a huge role in Chelsea’s success since joining nearly four years ago.
He currently sees his contract with the club expire at the end of next season which, naturally, casts doubt over his future.
After Chelsea’s win over Leicester last month, Potter heaped great praise on Kovacic for his performances this season.
The Blues boss said: “He’s been the captain in the last two games, which tells you how influential he is.
“He’s a fantastic guy, I really like him. He is determined, has character, courage, and is prepared to take the ball in tight situations. What he’s achieved in his career with his national team and here at Chelsea, he is an important player for us.”
