All Progressive’s Congress presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has warned supporters who compare Funke Akindele to him.
Bola Tinubu made this point after his supporters compared the actress and politician to him during one of his Lagos rallies.
Funke Akindele shocked Nigerians when she announced that she suspended acting for politics in July 2022.

She is currently a running mate to the People’s democratic party (PDP) gubernatorial candidate Olajide Adediran (Jandor).
Funke Akindele recently faulted the Lagos state government for not providing adequate measures to foil predicted flood in the state.
