Veteran actress, Tonto Dikeh has taken to social media to lay out a strict reprimand to an unidentified friend who sought her assistance to pay her rent.
She retorted that it was inconsiderate on the part of her friend to seek her assistance for the rent when she is married and should have the support of her husband.
Stressing that the lady and her husband should bear the burden of catering for their family since they were two as opposed to her’s which lies solely on her since she was single.

She further added that she would never provide for her on the grounds that her abusive husband should be catering to her needs.
In her Instagram post, she highlights how the said husband has been maltreating her friend, abusing her and still had the effrontery to send her to go beg for assistance.
She further stated that the same man made her seek contribution and support from friends during their wedding and is still abusive in the marriage.
She stressed that she would have slapped her into reality so that she can think for herself and depart from her abusive relationship.
