The University of Abuja (UNIABUJA), the institution released the fee schedule for new students. These students are those who will be joining the school for the 2022/2023 academic session.
According to a recent post on the official Facebook page of the school, this announcement was made on Saturday, April 29.
The post contained all the necessary information regarding the fees to be paid by the students for the upcoming academic session.

University of Abuja does not charge tuition fee
On their official Facebook page they wrote,

The University of Abuja does not charge TUITION FEE
1. Arts (English/Linguistics): N96,500
2. Arts (Theatre Arts): N101,500
3. Other Arts: N96,500
4. Agriculture: N137,500
5. Health Sciences: N122,500
6. Education related course: N100,000 – N123,500
7. Engineering: N116,000
8. Law: N104,000
9. Management: N99,000
10. Science: N108,500 – N118,000
The above listed cost was for the newly admitted students. For returning students, they gave a breakdown of costs, viz.
1. Arts (English/Linguistics): N82,000
2. Arts (Theatre Arts): N87,000
3. Other Arts: N82,000
4. Agriculture: N123,000 – N126,000
5. Health Sciences: N205,000 – N225,000
6. Education-related courses: N108,000
7. Engineering: N102,000 – N118,000
8. Law: N112,000
9. Management: N84,000
10. Science: N95,000 – N105,000
11. Social Sciences: N84,000 – N94,000

14-year-old girl gains university admission set to be a doctor at 19
In other news, a 14-year-old girl set a record after she became one of the youngest African students ever to gain admission to the University of Malawi College of Medicine.
The young girl identified as Taida Mapara showed exceptional promise after she completed primary and secondary education in 8 years instead of 13.
She moved on to higher education and passed the June 2020 A’Level Cambridge examinations.
