Very exceptional: Gifted Nigerian blind girl braids her friend’s hair and ties gele

A very gifted Nigerian blind girl who braided her friend’s hair and can tie gele has wowed many netizens.

In a video Michael Thompson Showunmi shared on Twitter, the girl going by the name of Victoria was seen pulling off the impressive feat.

In the short video, Victoria braided a student’s hair while skillfully parting it with a comb and acting as though she could see everything she was doing.

Blind Girl is So Talented 

In addition to braiding hair, Victoria is also skilled at tying gele, which is even a difficult job for those with vision.

She has also stated that she would like to learn makeup artistry. She said that there is nothing she is not capable of doing. 

The video was captioned: 

Victoria, a girl with total blindness plaits hair, she plaits the hair of girls in her classroom..not just hair alone, she also ties gele. She told me we should employ a make-up artist in her school that she wants to learn make-up. She said “as far as they teach me, there is nothing I can’t do”. I love her spirit, y’all need to meet her.

Meanwhile, a 25-year-old blind and deaf woman known as Haben Girma stunned academicians around the world after she graduated from Harvard Law School, Cambridge, US.

What placed Haben on the world radar spans from her exceptional feat of graduating with a Juris Doctor degree (J.D) despite being blind and deaf.

Haben lost her vision and hearing from an undetermined progressive condition that began in early childhood.
