Renowned Nigerian chef, Hilda Baci, embarked on a rigorous physical and mental transformation to prepare herself for prolonged hours of cooking.
A recent video showcased Hilda’s remarkable weight loss transformation, serving as a testament to her commitment.
Hailing from Akwa-Ibom, the kitchen wonder woman currently broke the Guinness World Record for the longest individual cooking session. Her journey involved shedding an impressive 30kg within a span of two years to attain her desired physique.

Throughout her ongoing four-day cooking marathon, which commenced on Friday 12th May 2023, Hilda exhibited commendable strength and resilience.
She disclosed that her starting weight was 110kg, but she successfully reached her current weight of 81kg. Her previous weight gain was attributed to unhealthy eating habits and she emphasized the importance of maintaining her current weight.
She said,
“Some of you that just followed me don’t know this but used to be me at a point, I was weighing 110 kg and this is me today at 81 kg. It took me two years to get here; losing weight and getting my desired body wasn’t easy. It took a lot of steps, and now that I have lost weight I have to maintain it so I don’t go back to where I was coming from.”

Phyna exposes chef trying to poison her to death
In other news, BBNaija’s Phyna was rattled about the continuous attempts at her life since she won the ‘Level Up’ edition of the Big Brother Naija reality TV show.
Phyna had earlier opened up about attempts at poisoning her and lamented why she had to experience an overwhelming hatred since winning the show.
She questioned what could have been her offence to warrant such attempts on her life.
