Veteran Nollywood actress, Mary Njoku has criticized skin care product retailers who use filter to deceive their customers into buying their products.
She chastised this act of deceit as being wicked and without conscience because they are misleading clients and customers.
In the post she shared on Instagram, she disclosed that she just walked past a popular cream seller who glows online but looks totally different in real life.
The discovery had her utterly perplexed as to how the product that you claim to be effective doesn’t show results on your own skin.
She urged sellers of skincare products who use filter in their photos and videos to stop being deceptive, just because they are only after making sales.
Her chastisement post sparked reactions from some of her colleagues whom have experienced similar situations.
