You need to tell him the bitter truth: Portable gets bail from police custody

On Friday 31st March, the Nigerian police in Ogun state arrested the controversial Nigerian singer, Portable.

On Monday 3rd April, the police released the singer on bail from custody. The music star went live on social media after his release.

He calmly addressed his numerous fans, admitting that he had learned a lesson. He also thanked his manager for her help.

The Shakara Oloje crooner gave massive thanks to his God for delivering him from the hands of the law. In his own words, he said “I have learned a lesson.”

Due to this, Netizens began to see him as a staunch God lover and somehow managed to forget all the fetish things he had done in the past.

Singer Portable charged to court for assaults

In a related story, popular Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola better known as Portable was charged to the High court in Ogun state with charges of assault.

The Zazoo crooner was taken to police custody after he insulted police officers and allegedly injured one of them. The police officers had stormed his bar to carry out their duty on Tuesday, March 28, 2023.

However, Portable’s action towards the officers landed him in court on March 31, 2023, after being instructed to show up within 72 hours following his irrational behaviour.
