Luck has shone on a 19-year-old Nigerian girl recently released from prison after a philanthropic group awarded her a scholarship.
A kind-hearted Nigerian man who picked her up after her release from custody inquired if she had completed her secondary education.
The young lady, identified as Kosisochukwu Abaji, revealed that she passed the required subjects at the West African Senior Secondary School Certificate of Examination (WASSCE).

Do you want to study or you prefer learning a trade?
Kosisochukwu Abaji was also asked if she would prefer to continue her education at a higher institution or if she would instead learn a trade. She chose the option of returning to the classroom.
Her benefactor, Mr. Harrison Gwamnishu, and his team from Blordgroup, who facilitated her release from detention, also offered Kosisochukwu Abaji a full scholarship from her first to final year at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.
“19-year-old Kosisochukwu Abaji who we secured her release from Onitsha Prison has been offered a Scholarship to study at Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka from year 1 to final year,” he said.
Many netizens were full of praise for Mr. Harrison and his team for the kind gesture; they believe this opportunity will help reintegrate Kosisochukwu Abaji into society.

Pregnant 19-year-old lady graduates with first class
Meanwhile, a 19-year-old pregnant lady graduated from a US university with first class despite being in the labour room while writing the final paper.
The teenage mother, Nayzia Thomas, wrote her final exam in the labour room while expecting to give birth to her first child.
The 19 years old pregnant lady attended Johnson County Community College, Kansas City, Missouri, United States, and has finally graduated with a first class.
