Morocco and Croatia have qualified for the last 16 of the FIFA 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
The Atlas Lions defeated already eliminated Canada 2-1 to top Group F and go through as leaders.
Morocco is yet to lose a match in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Ziyech scored as early as the 4th minute of the first half to set the tone for the match.
Youssef En-Nesyri made it 2-1 for Morocco in the 23rd minute to send their fans into wild celebrations.
Canada pulled one back just before half-time when Nayef Aguerd deflected a cross into his own goal.
They were much improved after the break and hit the bar when Atiba Hutchinson climbed highest and headed at goal, however, Morocco defended resiliently to hold on.
Canada finished bottom of the standings, without a point.
Morocco is through to the last 16 of the World Cup for the first time in 36 years.
Morocco will now play the runners-up in Group E – either Spain, Japan, Costa Rica, or Germany – with that group being concluded on Thursday evening.

Belgium disappoint, Croatia resilient
Belgium ranked second in the FIFA ranking got eliminated after a goalless draw with Croatia.
Romelu Lukaku was the biggest culprit as he spurned many chances to win it for Belgium after coming on.
He finally had the game’s first shot on target moments after coming on, although his tame header was saved.
Lukaku rattled the woodwork after some good play by Carasco and the ball fell to him. Moments later he somehow headed over the bar with an empty net after goalkeeper Dominik Livakovic had come for a cross and got nowhere near it.
Croatia will face the winners of Group E – which is currently Spain – in the last 16.
