Popular Nigerian afrobeat musician, David Adeleke professionally known as Davido revealed some mindblowing claims during a podcast session.
The 30-year-old singer had a music collaboration with Nicki Minaj and Lil Baby in his album, “A Better Time” where Nicki sang with him in the song titled ‘Holy Ground’ and Lil Baby featured in ‘So Crazy.’
Davido revealed that following the music, some anti-fans called the international musicians, Nicki Minaj and Lil Baby and asked why they did a song with the singer.

According to him, Nicki Minaj and Lil Baby called him on phone and told him rival fans messaged them on why they sang with him in the album.
“…even Nicki called me. Nicki Minaj, and Lil Baby were like Yo! Why are these..’. Like the other fans were DMing them ‘Why did you do a song with Davido?” he said.

The singer’s statement had many netizens countering him. While many argued that Nicki Minaj is too busy to call him, others wondered why rival fans will message international singers to ask them such.

Davido grooves the streets in his Lambo without his security
Meanwhile, Davido caused some buzz on social media after being spotted on the streets of Lagos without his usual security detail.
The video, which quickly went viral, showed the singer cruising down the road in his sleek Lamborghini while stopping to chat with the person who was filming him.
The ‘Unavailable’ crooner appeared excited as he cruised around in his luxury car.
