Popular Nollywood actor, Femi Adebayo shared on social media the struggle he went through to get the new naira notes.
On his official Instagram page, Femi Adebayo recounted how hard it was to get the new N1000 naira notes at the bank.
He further explained how difficult it is to get meager things from market sellers because they do not accept transfers, nor do they have POS machines.

The actor added that Nigeriasupport of a cashless society, but the Government should make Naira notes available for daily activities.
Femi Adebayo, however, joked that he is ready to share the new naira notes he struggled to collect at the bank, urging people to share their location.
Church rejects old notes as tithes and offering
Meanwhile, following the earlier date issued by the CBN Governor for the expiration of the old naira notes as legal tender, some churches rejected the old notes.
Tribuneonlineng reported that some churches in Edo state refused the old naira notes as offering and tithes on Sunday.
The place of worship were probably afraid they would not meet the first deadline of the old notes.
