A married woman shared the dilemma she was had with her husband over N35 million she seeminly forgot she had in her account.
She explained to the hosts of the “I Said What I Said” podcast how she failed to inform her spouse that she had millions in her account.
According to the married woman, her father gave her money as a wedding gift, as was customary in their family.
Her husband was aware of the custom but did not know the exact sum.
She didn’t help in buying their dream apartment
The woman claimed she invested the funds in an investment that eventually paid off with a total return of 35 million naira.
However, she totally forgot to tell her husband about it.
She revealed that her husband ultimately found out and expressed his disappointment with her.
His annoyance was primarily because she knew everything about his money and had access to them. He was also upset that she did not offer assistance even when they were unable to purchase their dream apartment.
The married woman said she had truly forgotten and she did not see any reason for telling her husband.
