I’m still here colouring books – Netizens react as 21-year-old lady married her best friend

Online opinions differed in response to a popular video showing a couple who married at the age of 21.

The couple posed for the camera while being surrounded by their loved ones in the online video from the wedding. 

They were both in elegant wedding attire with smiles on their faces.

The bride, @meethencubes, who posted the video, expressed delight at getting married to her boyfriend so early.

She said that although opting to get married at the age of 21 was a major decision, God helped them make it happen.

“Choosing to grow old with your bestfriend at 21 years old. We made it with God. Married at 21”, she captioned the video.

However, the video has elicited mixed reactions from social media users. While some believed that it was a good thing that the couple are venturing into matrimony at a young age, others argue they are still too young.

Getting married at 21 is what some may call too young and uncalled for but honestly there is no formula as to when to get married, what age or how to get married. It doesnt matter how many years you have togther prior to gerried married cause sometimes when you know you know. I wont lie when you decide to get married at that young age expect a lot of people that will have something to say but as long as your family supports you and youve prayed about it togther, everything will fall in place trust.
