The guests had gifts, flowers, and a saxophonist and serenaded him with happy birthday music.
However, the celebrant wore a glum expression the entire time and didn’t seem impressed.
On his birthday, his family showed him a lot of affection, but it didn’t appear to touch him.
instead, he gave them all a hostile expression, wouldn’t smile, and even resisted accepting a bouquet of flowers that were given to him.
