A Nigerian man who has identified as Ndubuisi Okoye, has built a cooking stove that runs on regular batteries.
The amazing talent from Amagunze in Enugu state did a public demonstration of how the stove works. This was captured in a video that is gaining views on TikTok, by user @tiktoktroublemaker.
In the video, 48-year-old Ndubuisi, graduate of Government Technical College – Onitsha, is seen displaying a number of stoves for people to see innovation.

It can work with old batteries
According to Mr Okoye, the batteries could last for as long as two weeks before going completely weak. At the time of making the video, a small stove sold for N7k while the big one went for N12k.
Though the stove can also work with electricity, it was going to be of help to homes where electricity poses a real problem. This is especially as the stove can run on old batteries. Amazing, right?

In another story, a talented Nigerian man made headlines after he built a toilet that produces gas for cooking and electricity.
The man’s name is Okwudor, and he is an indigene of Njaba local government in Imo state, Nigeria.
Okwudor’s toilet is a locally made Biogas plant, which generates gas for cooking and electricity.
