A Ugandan lady who is in a relationship with a Nigerian man has shared how she is coming to the country all the way from Uganda to meet his parents.

Taking to a Facebook group, the woman identified as Esther Kunsa narrated how her Nigerian boyfriend insisted she sponsor her trip to the country without giving her a penny.

According to her, she is very much in love with the man, however, her problem is the fact that he insisted she foots the bills for her trip to the country.

She explained that in Uganda, the man is responsible for any finances until maybe after marriage when the women help too.

Esther stated that he told her that his request was to test her to see if she was truly in love with him.

Meanwhile, a Nigerian lady caused a buzz in the social space after she asserted that women are not the only ones who want to marry rich partners.

In a Tweet made by @diaryofa9jagirl, the young woman narrated how one of her friend’s boyfriend broke up with her because he met a richer girlfriend.

According to her, her friend and the unidentified man had been dating for a while, and her friend had assumed he was her ‘happy ever after’.
