A woman identified as Princess Helen Abang was remanded in Suleja Custodial Centre for falsifying property documents.
Helen Abang falsified ownership of a two-story building with six units of three-bedroom flats.
Reports from Yabaleftonline.ng say she was remanded by Hon. Justice K.N. Ogbonnaya of a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Zuba.

The original owner of the apartment, Mrs. Elizabeth Ego Olejeme learned of Helen’s scheme in 2006 and had been fighting to reclaim her property.
However, she failed to reclaim the assets until Helen was apprehended on November 7, 2022.
The trespasser missed two court dates and a bench warrant was issued for her arrest.
According to Mrs Elizabeth Olejeme’s legal representative, the accused rented out 5 flats in the building and used the proceeds to prevent the owner from recovering the property since 2006.
Abang was brought before a judge where she pleaded not guilty for the seven counts measured against her.
The judge postponed her bail application hearing till November 25 with sunstantial suit hearing slated for December 13-15, 2022.
