A determined lady who once worked as a house help has elicited praise and prayers from social media users after she revealed how she refurnished her parent’s home.
In a TikTok video, the hardworking woman explained that she built a mud house for her parents when she got a job as a house help, however, she wasn’t comfortable with the condition of their living.
She explained that she was determined to make sure that they end up in a better house and as fate would have it, she got a better-paying job and saved up from her income, then decided to refurbish the mud house.

She narrated that with the help of her spouse, she was able to finally achieve her dreams of building a better home for her parents.
“I built this thatched house for my parents when I was working as a house help. Then built this when I was security guard. Got a good job and helped my parents educate my siblings. “Then I met my forever love who helped me build this amazing home for my parents. It has always been my dream to change the lifestyle of my parents. Thank God I didn’t give up on this dream. I am a living proof that God works in mysterious ways,” she said.

House help renovates parents’ mud house, puts a smile on their faces
Meanwhile, a hardworking lady shared her story of how she became a house help at a young age just to make sure her parents live a comfortable life.
In a video posted by @nekasa440 on TikTok, a lady shared that she went to the city to become a maid at the age of 19 years and is now back home to renovate their house with the little she has.
She explained that she lived with her parents in the mud home until she traveled to the city to work as a maid so that she can build a better home for her parents.
