Twitter has been thrown into frenzy following a viral video of a man, who was angrily destroying a Range Rover. Sources said he had acquired this car for a woman said to be his side chick.
This incident happened at a popular night club in Ikoyi, Lagos.
According to sources, the man is indeed married but is still involved in an entanglement with the woman in the video.
However, following a cheating scandal from the side chick, the man felt betrayed. He took out his anger on the Range Rover he had bought for her, destroying it.
However, this sparked a debate on Twitter, leaving social media users astounded.
To them, it was rather unnecessary for the man as he was equally doing the same on his wife.
These users have taken to the microblogging site to give their own two cents on the issue. Some in support of the man’s actions, other opposing his actions.
While this is growing more common in many Nigerian marriages, the concept remains discouraging in the society as a whole.
