Ijeoma Josephina Otabor, better known as Phyna, from Big Brother Naija Season 7, has joined the list of reality TV stars who have been given political appointments.
According to her official Instagram page, Edo state governor, Godwin Obaseki, appointed the 25-year-old reality TV star as Mid-East (Edo/Delta) Youth Ambassador.
Phyna was overjoyed to learn that the appointment had been announced by the governor through the Commissioner of Youth and Sports.
Sharing the good news with her fans and followers, Phyna wrote,
“Through the commissioner of youth and sport, the governor of Edo State announced me as incoming Mid East(Edo/Delta) youth ambassador, Gloryyyyy.”

Phyna recently took to social media to celebrate her victory one month after winning the reality show.
In a lengthy post commemorating her one-month Big Brother Naija victory anniversary, Phyna, the reality show’s second female winner, stated that the victory has been “a stepping stone to success in her life.”

She stated that she is a work in progress and that she will be everything her fans have wished for one day.
She said she would remain true to herself despite her fame and fortune.
“It’s been one month I leveled up, emerging as the winner of the BBN S7 show has been the stepping stone of success in my life. A lot has happened within this one month with lots of lessons to be learnt. I’m a work in progress of which definitely one day I will become what y’all all have always wished for me and one thing remains according to Biggie PHYNA WILL ALWAYS BE PHYNA.
