Afrobeats Superstar, Davido has given an insight on the events that transpired when he met his wife, Chioma Avril Rowland for the first time.
It would be recalled that David and Chioma met when they attended Babcock University where he pursued a degree in music while Chioma was studying Economics.

Davido, in a recent documentary with YouTuber and vlogger Tayo Aina, gave his fans a peek into what it is like living his life.
The singer detailed his daily itinerary, which includes incessant travel, short breaks and having to deal with the superstar lifestyle in different countries across the world.
He also described how he managed to bask in the love of his wife, Chioma and shared with his fans how they met and how he tried speaking to her in his first year at the university.

“I was in school for a year before I blew up. That was when I met my wife. I remember the day I saw her. I can never forget”
“I was in a Prado, And I looked behind and I saw this girl walking. Just there with her bag, it was Chioma”.
“I told Lati (Davido’s PA) omo I like that girl, Go and call that girl for me. He called her but she did not answer me at the time”.
Later on, she came to Lagos and we linked up. And I was like, Yeah, I got you.”
